Heidi Lipton, a founding partner of Rock Creek Advisors, has many years of experience in banking and consulting. She worked over 10 years at Goldman Sachs in their investment banking and asset management divisions and additional years in management consulting for McKinsey & Company in their New York based Financial Institutions practice. Heidi is very talented in identifying a company’s strengths and issues, developing a strategy for improvement, building consensus with all key constituents, and leading a process to obtain a positive outcome. Heidi has extensive experience with clients in many industries and helps guide them through tough financial issues, restructuring, liquidity constraints, sale processes and insolvency matters.

Heidi has an MBA from the Wharton School and a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts from University of Pennsylvania.
