Brian Henley is the Managing Partner at Recurring Capital Partners LP, a provider of debt and equity capital for Software as a Service (SaaS) companies based in Austin, TX. He previously served as Executive Vice President of Corporate Development and M&A at Upland Software (UPLD). His experience spans the business spectrum from large corporations to early stage ventures, including building two start-ups that were acquired by public companies. He has actively invested in technology companies as an early stage angel investor and as a manager of an international technology public equity investment fund at Rogge Capital Management. Mr. Henley was the Founder and Chief Executive Officer at InterZine Productions and co-founded Fairway Technologies. He began his career in sales and corporate development at IBM. He holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Arkansas and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
