Simon Weintraub is a partner in the firm's International Corporate Group and Co-head of our China Practice and Oil & Gas Practice. He specializes in high-tech, life sciences, venture capital, private equity, M&A and banking.

Simon regularly represents Israeli and international venture capital funds, angel investors, private equity funds, Israeli and foreign banks, emerging growth companies, entrepreneurs and multinational corporations. He also represents both lenders and borrowers in a wide range of financing transactions, especially with respect to complicated cross-border lending transactions. Simon specializes in representing foreign clients in their investment activity in Israel including clients from the United States, China, South Korea, Canada, United Kingdom and many other places.
