Sean Stone
Sean Stone Co-Leads the Investor Coverage and Business Development Group at Silicon Valley Bank where he has worked since 2003. Mr. Stone has over 30 years of experience in working with both traditional and online financial services companies. He joined SVB from Capital Advisors Group, a Registered Investment Advisor where he served as Vice President of Business Development for the Southeast and Southwest regions. Prior to Capital Advisors Group, he was the Vice President of Business Development for Financial Passport, Inc., an online financial services firm that was acquired by Ameritrade in 2001. Mr. Stone earned an MBA from Georgetown University and a B.A. in Economics from the College of William and Mary. Mr. Stone has served on the Board of Directors for the Mid-Atlantic Venture Association, The Northern Virginia Technology Council, and The Association for Corporate Growth.
